The following GYROTONIC® instructors and locations in are dear to my heart and I need to share them with you.
As I’m obviously a huge advocate for GYROTONIC® Exercise, these GYROTONIC® instructors certainly know their stuff. They also specialise in other therapies and exercise methods (so I would say that they’re kind of a big deal!). On another note, if you love to travel, Scotland, Manchester, and Bath all have something special to offer.
Let me introduce you:
Sandie Wilson, Scotland
Sandie is based in Falkirk, Scotland at Personal Pilates and wears many hats. She is also a GYROKINESIS® and Pilates Instructor who has a background in contemporary dance. On top of that, she is an accredited Kinetic Chain Release and Connective Tissue Release Therapist and an overall health and well-being enthusiast. Her dance and artistic experience makes her such a relatable person both in and outside of the studio.
Falkirk is only a 20-30 minute train journey from both Glasgow and Edinburg, and both places are definitely worth visiting.
Nisha Srivastava, Greater Manchester
Nisha is also a certified Yogi and GYROKINESIS® instructor based at Pliates Manchester. She has 16+ years of experience working with football and rugby clubs, such as Everton FC. My other favorite speciality about this studio are the Pilates and Yoga retreats. Next one coming up is in Granada, Spain!
Lisa Cleverton, Bath
Lisa is a beautiful dancer hailing from Scottish Ballet who then became the first full-time Gyrotonic instructor for the company. She is also a Gyrokinesis instructor and hosts the original Yoga for Dancers workshop taught by Master Trainer, Hilary Cartwright (new dates TBA).
If you’ve never been to Bath, you’re in for a treat. The area offers Roman thermal baths, more specifically Thermae Spa, and a very adorable city centre.
