Tone, move and delve deeper into your movement potential. This method is specifically designed to help improve movement, flexibility, and fitness simultaneously. You’ll need a chair and a mat.

Based on my classes at Triyoga, these classes will focus on fitness exercises on the mat and standing with a chair or a wall for support – drawing emphasis from ballet and modern techniques. Hand weights optional.

SUNDAY, MAY 10TH, 3PM
GYROKINESIS® Workshop
Hips & Hamstrings
90 mins // Open Level

This workshop will focus on mobility of the hips and flexibility of the hamstrings with the Gyrokinesis Method, as these areas are often ignored! We will begin will a gentle warmup sitting on a chair, then transition to the mat.

SUNDAY MAY 24TH, 3PM
Barre Workshop
Align & Strengthen
75 mins // Intermediate

This workshop will focus on alignment, posture and strength and how to maintain it while moving slowly and quickly within each exercise. You’ll need hand weights or something to hold in the hand that weighs up to 2 – 5 kg.
