The first of this workshop series will focus on our lovely (but often forgotten) deep abdominal muscles – essential for finding a truer, deeper connection within movement & alignment.
In the 2nd part of this worksop series, we will focus on how to stretch by lengthening our skeletal system first. Emphasizing length in stretching will help us to find maximum potential in both our alignment and movements.
In the 3rd part of this workshop series, we will continue to find flow and continuity in our movement sequences in order to heal the body. We will spend some quality time to just move, ridding of stiffness, aches, and pains.
