This long weekend will consist of Yoga, Pilates, and GYROKINESIS® classes, plus massages and coastal hiking along Cabo de Gata over 4.5 days. It will be a great chance for you to reconnect to your body and nature with like-minded people in a small group of 10-12.

What’s the GYROKINESIS® method? This method has been specifically designed by dancer, Juliu Horvath, to help people move their body in circular and fluid sequences, thus improving postural alignment, strengthening, and flexibility simultaneously. These sequences are non-impact and are safe for many ages and abilities.

Do try the Gyrokinesis with Kindall. It’s a great way of using your whole body in connection with your breath and it helps with moving and being in the world and doing other exercise with your body in alignment. Kindall is very experienced, is an excellent teacher and is a great advert for Gyrokinesis as she has the most wonderful posture and fluidity of movement.

How to Arrive

Use SkyScanner to look for all possible flight routes and times to Almería Airport.

You can get a cab from the airport yourself or hire a car to get to the villa, Finca del Alamo.

The airport is about 30 minutes drive to the villa. In a cab, prices range from 30-40 euros.

Kindall Payne

Kindall has been organizing workshops and events since 2018 to promote community within the dance, movement, fitness and Gyrotonic fields. She is very excited to take this passion abroad to Spain to continue getting people to together to move, chat, and to know each other along with some of her favorite colleagues.

Kindall is a professionally trained dancer, certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Trainer, and Barre Instructor. She has over 10 years experience and works with people of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds loves catering each session towards an individual’s needs. She utilizes her experience and knowledge from Dance and Dance Science to further help each client improve postural alignment and increase fluidity in movement.

Within 6 sessions spread over a couple of months I have seen a massive improvement in my Climbing and Yoga practices, and my chronic injuries have disappeared. Kindall spotted hindering movement habits and, patiently, taught me how to move in a much better and smarter way. Really looking forward to our next sessions!

Jasmine Jade – Vinyasa Yoga & Thai Massage, Stretch Therapy

Jasmine Sinclair, founder of Body In The City is a bodywork therapist and wellness advocate. Jasmine’s love for yoga began in early 2012, by 2018 she made the decision to leave behind her corporate career and to embark on a journey of self discovery through movement and bodywork therapy.

Jasmine’s classes are solid, and down to earth as she allows each person to settle and find their own flow. Her hand on therapy is also like none other. Her unique approach combines her knowledge of Yoga, Thai Massage and Stretch therapy into a creative blend of manual movement therapy. 

Natalie Blosser – Classical Pilates

Natalie first found Pilates as part of her ballet training at a young age. After graduating from The Royal Ballet School she went on to get certified as a classical Pilates instructor in Los Angeles. She now teaches Pilates in London and is passionate about helping people gain more awareness of their bodies through movement.

Natalie graciously extends strength and precision like you’ve never seen before. You will be taking your technique to the next level as Natalie’s laughter warms the room.

Brittanie Brown – Assistant to Host & MASA facilitator

Brittanie will be your point of contact during your weekend and will be helping Kindall make sure everything runs smoothly for this beautiful event. She will also be around to offer the M.A.S.A. method as an option for those wanting a short workout burst before any of the more calming classes. This method emphasizes mobilization, activation, and stabilization sequences all within 30 minutes, similar to HIIT.

Brittanie is a professional freelance dancer based in Sweden. She received her B.F.A. in Dance from The Juilliard School and had the honor to work with companies such as Company XIV (Austin McCormick), Abraham.In.Motion (Kyle Abraham), the GöteborgsOperans DansKompani and Skånes Dansteater.
